EOC Review Materials
Firstly, you got this!!! We've been working on the material of the EOC Literature and EOC Writing since the moment you walked through my doors in August. Remember, English is a course where you learn skills to read and write using various pieces of literature.
Now, if you want to have more review than what we completed in class, check out these links!
Interactive resource from GADOE that shows you exactly what to expect for your EOCs. There are practice tests on there also. (Open with Google Chrome)
GA's Study Guide for Students PDF (extensive review information)
List of literary devices that is good to review terminology.
GA's Performance Standards (skills students should have mastered)
Georgia's EOCT information webpage (for all EOCs).
North Carolina's EOCT prep webpage. (good practice tests and prompts)
A Bing search for more results. Though many of the resources come from different states, the types of questions and format to the tests will be extremely similar to the GA EOCT. Additionally, the "Related Searches" links are good trails to follow, also.
Of course, you can always go through our old assignments on The Hub or read through the blog feature below. We really have been doing these things our entire course, so just rely on the instincts you have developed and put them to good use!
The EOCT will count as your exam which factors 20% into your semester average.
