The Hearth and the Salamander

This week, we will look closely at the content of Part 1: The Hearth and the Salamander that we finished reading last week. We recapped with a POP QUIZ! today, tomorrow will look at the characters of Pt. 1, Thursday we look at the setting and society, and end the week with an analysis of dystopian science fiction.

As we continue through the week, our goal is to build a solid understanding of characters, setting, and plot to work toward symbolism and theme moving forward!
